Ride With Us

Many disabled and frail elderly persons in the Redcliffe area live at home but cannot easily access shopping and library facilities alone nor do they feel confident about going on trips alone. The Redcliffe Community Bus for Disabled or Aged Inc services this need at a very low cost and in a friendly, supportive and caring environment.

Shopping (Members Only)

From: Our helpers and drivers will pick you from your front door and return you afterwards, taking your parcels to the door for you

Where to: The Kippa-Ring Shopping Centre

When: Every Monday morning (pick ups start from 8 am)
Every second Wednesday morning (pick ups start from 8 am)

Is there a cost? Yes, $5 each trip, payable to the helper on the day

Bus Outings (Members only)

Every month we offer our members two half day excursions and two full day trips or overnight trips.

From: Our helpers and drivers will pick you from your front door and return you afterwards

Where to: A variety of interesting or entertaining locations such as Kingaroy, Montville, Mt Tamborine or the Gold Coast.

When: Twice a month, usually Tuesdays and Saturdays

Is there a cost? Yes, to cover morning and afternoon teas, lunch and an entrance fee if that is applicable. We keep the cost as low as possible.
