Applications for membership must be submitted on the appropriate Redcliffe Community Bus membership form along with the required membership fee. To access the membership form, please click here. In order to maintain our funding from the Federal Government, we are required to formally identify an applicant by viewing their Medicare Card and a second form of identification(e.g. Driver's Licence, Pensioner Card, or Proof of Identity Card), so we ask applicants to complete our membership form and come into the office. We will also assist you to register with My Aged Care.
We also ask membership applicants to complete a confidential Medical Emergency Form. Should we ever need to call the Parmedics to attend you while you are travelling with us, our Bus Helper will provide a copy of this form to the Paramedics. To access the Medical Emergency Form, please

If you are housebound we can arrange for one of our staff members to visit you at home to assist you with your application and carrry out the identification process. If you need us to do this, please call our office on 32846429.
Applications for membership will be considered for acceptance at the next Committee Meeting and you will be contacted by a member of the organisation.
